If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in The Palisades.
The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in The Palisades we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
