If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Surrey_at_manchester_lak.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Surrey_at_manchester_lak we can help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
