If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Sunset_manor.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Sunset_manor we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
