Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Stratford_place_at_kingstowne.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
