If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Stonegate Highpointe.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Stonegate Highpointe we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
