Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Seminary_valley.
The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
