If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Schooley_acres.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Schooley_acres we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
