If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Riverside_gardens.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Riverside_gardens we can help determine the market value of your home.
