If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Ridges_of_alexandria.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Ridges_of_alexandria we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
