Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Ridge_view.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Ridge_view we can best know the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
