If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Residences_at_sullivan.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Residences_at_sullivan we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
