If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Potters_glen.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Potters_glen we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment.
