If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Potowmack_crossing.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Potowmack_crossing we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
