If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Potomac_yard.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Potomac_yard we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
