If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Potomac Yard Condominium.

The property manager will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Potomac Yard Condominium we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
