If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Pointe_at_park_center.
The property manager will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Pointe_at_park_center we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
