If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Patrick Henry.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Patrick Henry we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
