If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Parkside_at_alexandria.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Parkside_at_alexandria we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
