If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Oak_run_park.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental.
