If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in North Branch Estates.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in North Branch Estates we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
