If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Midtown_alexandria_station.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Midtown_alexandria_station we will nail down the actual value of your property.
