If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Maple Heights.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Maple Heights we will help determine the retail value of your home.
