If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Manchester_lakes.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Manchester_lakes we can help determine the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
