If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Lower Alexandria 3.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Lower Alexandria 3 we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
