If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Lloyd_estate.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Lloyd_estate we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
