If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Kings_landing.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Kings_landing we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
