If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Kings Landing.
The Realtor will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental.
