If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Huntington_run.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Huntington_run we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
