If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Huntington Walk.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Huntington Walk we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
