If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Huntington Crossing.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Huntington Crossing we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment.
