We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home.
