If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Gum_springs.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Gum_springs we will help determine the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
