If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Georgeland Village.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Georgeland Village we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
