Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Ferry Point Estates.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Ferry Point Estates we will best know the actual value of your property.
