We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Features.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home.
