If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Condos At Cameron Blvd.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Condos At Cameron Blvd we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
