If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Condo_at_island_creek.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Condo_at_island_creek we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
