Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Clusters_at_woodlawn.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Clusters_at_woodlawn we can help determine the market value of your property.
