If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Chelsea.
The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Chelsea we can best know the market value of your property.
