One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Carr At Pinecrest.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Carr At Pinecrest we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
