Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Canal_way.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Canal_way we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
