If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Cameron_mews.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Cameron_mews we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
