If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Cameron_knolls.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Cameron_knolls we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
