If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Brookville_townhomes.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Brookville_townhomes we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
