If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Brenton.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment.
