If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Braddock_lofts.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Braddock_lofts we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
