If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Braddock Place.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Braddock Place we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
