If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Belle_view.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Belle_view we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
