If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Belle_haven_estates.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Belle_haven_estates we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
