If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Beacon_manor.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Beacon_manor we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
